Dr. Haddad is a double board-certified physician in anesthesiology and pain management, serving patients throughout the Scottsdale and Phoenix, Arizona area. With over five years of experience in interventional pain medicine, she is committed to helping patients achieve lasting relief through advanced, evidence-based care.
Dr. Haddad specializes in minimally invasive, image-guided procedures, including spinal cord stimulation and peripheral nerve stimulation for a variety of chronic pain conditions. She has a particular clinical interest in basivertebral nerve ablation using the Intracept® procedure, an innovative treatment for chronic low back pain. As part of her dedication to advancing the field, she is currently enrolling patients in the IMPROVE clinical trial, an international prospective clinical trial evaluating real-world outcomes of the Intracept procedure.
She completed both her residency in anesthesiology and fellowship in chronic pain at Harvard Medical School’s Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, where she received extensive training in complex pain management techniques. Dr. Haddad earned both her MD and PhD from the University of Illinois in Chicago, and her undergraduate degree from the University of Iowa.
