Terrific staff! Dr Haddad is awesome. I can tell she really cares about your experience and your comfort during the procedure. I had back injections that went great and know I'm having neck injections. As for the other reviewer, the nurse she was referring to was far from unpleasant. She did my iv with care and without any issues. They were very busy at the time and she showed a positive attitude when I was there.

’ve been here twice now and I have no complaints. They’ve been prompt, respectful, and responsive with what I’ve needed. I’ve been to a couple pain management doctors and left them because they were impossible to communicate with regarding appointments. This office has been great so far.
